Mahrukh Qadeer

Founder, Co-Wired

With a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship, Mahrukh Qadeer founded Co-Wired, a communal workspace, in Lahore, Pakistan. It is Pakistan's first female-led co-working space designed for inclusivity. She is a strong proponent of women entrepreneurship and following that passion, she created a strong network of advisors especially for females where they get support in finance, legal, technology, from government and private organizations. She helps a number of government organizations devise policies for ease of doing business and to create opportunities for business growth.

She is also a pre-sales and professional services tech consultant and advises organizations on how to improve short or long-term strategies, processes, and policies.

Before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey, she has worked for multinational companies and social gaming giants on several free-to-play mobile gaming apps. She is a frequent speaker at various international events, to share expertise or ways to overcome entrepreneurial challenges.
